Denisse began her dental career in 1998 in California as a Dental Assistant, Insurance Coordinator and Office Manager.  She started at Benchmark Family Dentistry in August of 2021 when her husband Steven, twins Steven and Sophia, and their African sulcata tortoise, Speedy, decided to start a new beginning in Boise.  She has always had a passion for dentistry helping her patients with all of their dental needs and building relationships with her dental team. In her spare time, Denisse enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor activities.

Sara is an Idaho native and attended Apollo College in 2011 where she received her certification in dental assisting. She knew she wanted to have a career in the dental industry because she loved going to her family dentist growing up where they always made her feel special and confident in her smile. She hopes to do the same for the patients at Benchmark Dentistry. Sara has two teenage daughters and enjoys exploring the great outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking and mountain biking. She's teaches yoga and pilates here in the treasure valley. Sara joined Benchmark Dentistry in 2023. She loves that many generation of patients have been coming to Benchmark and enjoys working with the amazing team here that feel like family.

Susan was raised in Bruneau, Idaho. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at the American Institute of Health Technology in Boise in 1992 where she received her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant. Susan has worked in the dental field since 1992 and has been with the Benchmark Family Dentistry team since 1999. Susan enjoys the time she spends daily working with an amazing team to help patients feel comfortable and well taken care of when coming to the dentist. Susan lives in Meridian with her husband, daughter and fur baby “Ruby”. Susan enjoys spending time in the outdoors; kayaking, fishing CJ Strike and the Cascade reservoirs with her family and dog.

Laura is an Idaho native and has worked as a hygienist at Benchmark Family Dentistry since 1991. She graduated from Idaho State University in 1987, where she received her degree in Dental Hygiene. Laura currently works 3 days a week. Laura enjoys working on and visiting with her long-time patients! Many of these families have second and third generations being treated by Laura and her co-workers.  On Laura’s days off she enjoys spending time with family. Weekends are often spent running, hiking and biking. Laura also enjoys cooking and reading the latest best seller.

Stephanie is a native Idahoan. She was born and raised in beautiful Bear Lake. She went to Idaho State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Stephanie has been with Benchmark Family Dentistry since 1997. The opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with her patients and co-workers is one of the best parts of her job. Working in an office that strives for excellence in dentistry while providing affordable dentistry for the patients is what brings a smile to her every day! Stephanie and her husband have a blended family with 7 children and 2 grandchildren. Family is the best! In the summer they jet ski and enjoy dinners on their patio. In the winter they try to ski often at Bogus Basin.  They love to enjoy all that Boise has to offer.

Randi started her career with Benchmark Family Dentistry as a Dental Assistant from 2006-2008. She then decided to continue her education and went on to be a Registered Dental Hygienist! She has been back with the Benchmark team since 2011.  She strives to provide quality and thorough care while keeping her patients appointments as pain free as possible.  She is admittedly a “big baby” herself when in the dental chair!  When not in the office, she is with her handsome husband Cory and their 170 pound Mastiff “Edward” enjoying the outdoors. Her future goals include traveling more, getting involved volunteering in our community, and hopefully joining a few dental mission trips to provide care to people in less fortunate countries.

Ginger grew up in Washington State and attended Eastern Washington University. She graduated in 2006 with her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Ginger and her husband Mike, moved to Boise in 2009.  She joined the team at Benchmark Family Dentistry in 2016. Ginger is most passionate about really listening to her patients and being an advocate for them, to help them with their oral health needs. Ginger and Mike have 2 kids; together they love to surf the Idaho lakes, camp and hike. Ginger loves caring for patients and working with such an upbeat and cheerful team!

Crystal has lived in the Treasure Valley since she was 5. She considers herself an Idaho native and was lucky enough to continue to live in her favorite place while studying to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 2002 and has worked in private practice settings as well as in community outreach settings performing dental sealant clinics in schools. Crystal joined the team at Benchmark Family Dentistry in 2021 and is passionate about providing quality care with positivity and kindness. Crystal is a book worm and movie lover! Sandra Bledsoe has been soaking up the good vibes of the Treasure Valley since she was three years old. She’s been in the dental world since 2018 and became part of the Benchmark Family Dentistry team in 2022. Providing a full range of dental hygiene services with a strong focus on preventive care, patient education, and overall oral health.Outside of work, she is all about family time, yoga, hiking, outdoor concerts, and spontaneous adventures with her wife, kids, and their crew of lovable pets.

Holly was born and raised in Cambridge, Idaho.  She moved to Boise in 2000. Holly earned her Dental Assistant Degree from Boise State University in 2002. Holly has been with Benchmark Family Dentistry since graduation. She feels like the Benchmark team is family and thinks of returning patients as part of that family too! Holly enjoys reading, traveling to warm places, camping and spending time with family. Holly brings her unique sense of humor to the Dental Assistant chair every day!

Emily was born and raised in Boise. She attended College of Western Idaho where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences, Dental Assisting Certification and DANB certificate. She married her high school sweetheart, Justin and had their first child, Ollie in August 2021. Emily has always been passionate about dentistry since she was a little girl, asking lots of questions at her dental appointments. She connects easily with patients and builds rapport quickly and effortlessly. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family and making new adventures. Emily joined Benchmark Family Dentistry in January 2021 and feels she found her forever home.

Sirley was born and raised in Cali-Colombia. She received her Registered Dental Assistant certification in 2003 in California. She and her family later relocated to the Boise area. Sirley joined the Benchmark Family Dentistry team in 2018. She loves helping patients meet their optimal dental goals, have positive experiences, and develop life-long relationships. She is fluent in Spanish!  Sirley is married with 2 children. She enjoys spending time with family; exploring the outdoors and traveling.

Fatima was born in Mexico and moved to Boise in 2014 from Auburn California. In 2021 she earned her Dental Assistant degree at CWI. Fatima has always been passionate about dentistry. On her free time, she likes to spend time with her three dogs, Seuz, Oso and Milo and
loves nature.
